Minor permissions changes

Hi all,

I Should have done this before - - - but - Now non members can't see ANYTHING on a user's profile.

I was working on a different project on one of our test boards and came across the additional lockdown.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in implementing this setitng.

Another change that went into place about a month ago was that new members must now do an authenticated join to become a member. This has stopped (so far) spam posts and kept our board much cleaner.

Thanks for all the encouragement fellow busnuts. That means a lot. We have a truly team effort with a great bunch of moderators. The guys spend a good amount of time trying to figure out what works best for all busnuts on the board, working on new features, and keeping an eye on all the different areas of the board and chat.

And of course, we get to do this for the best group of busnuts in the land!!!
