Thanks gang. I'm going to do a nice 14km cross country ski this afternoon and then enjoy the crazy Italian dining experience at Buca.
It was a good year and I'm looking forward to an even better year coming up! I just wish I had time to attend some rallys.

Happy Birthday Phred.  Really good that you enjoy outdoor winter sports.  Especially being a Minnasotian.  Minnasotite?  Minnasoter?  Well, be well and enjoy your day.

Sounds like you will be making some memories with the 14K.  I did Cross Country once.  Went right back to downhill.  Falling to  stop or turn turned me off like a switch.  Might have done better if I had done it twice but I don't think so as all the "old hands" on that thru the forest  trip/adventure weren't doing any better so at my pinecle of success I darn near kilt masulf.  It was a joyfull experience as everybody tha got to the bottom of every hill got to cheer and laugh histerically at the next guy/girl.  Had it been my birthday it would be indelled in my mind as such.
