Eagle on a hook in Weed CA

Saw an Eagle on a hook heading north late this morning...kinda white in color (the bus, not the tow truck...it was red!)

I heard that just being in WEED you will see lots of odd colors! LOL
We went through there last fall on tour, didn't see any busses but we did see alot of Dreadlocks.
