Hello:    I wonder if anyone has a database or speadsheet available to accumulate bus project costs . Looking for acess or excel stuff.   I have a few boxes of receipts that need to be summarized and made available for reference in some cases.  Part numbers descriptions etc.     Thanks in advance..   If anyone is using or has developed something can I get a copy of the blank DB.

Give me a list of the criteria you need, and the data you need, and I can send you a custom spreadsheet format in a few days. Mine can be adapted for anyone, but I need to know if there is anything special you might want - It can be done !!

I use something called Auto Maintenance Pro Mike.  Its not perfect but it has pretty good flexibility and tracking reports.  I can set up maintenance schedules based on time or distance or both, it has the ability to keep track of parts items and cost plus a notes field for whatever doesn't fit the rest of the system.

It's a pay-fer but it wasn't that expensive & it seems they had a 30 day free trial.  Of course those are like puppy dog selling - pretty hard to give the puppy back after 30 days.

Its the last thing but its still on the list.

Speaking of the puppy trial, our private school has a policy that if a child is unruly or acts inappropriately, they get a free kitten to take home. Somehow that seems to work.
