Eagle Air Compressor and Governor?

 I have a 1982 Eagle w/ 8V71 . Where is the air compressor and governor located on this bus. No air pressure . When running it registers O. Thanks.

Gary, your in the wrong section for help but anyway the compressor is on the back of the engine and you gain access from the top by removing the hatch above the engine.
