NEED HELP! I'm looking for ANY INFO I can get on MIDNIGHT RIDE INC.

OK here's the scoop!

There is/was a charter bus company Called Midnight Ride Inc. that operated out of Flushing, NY.
I also have heard they also were listed as operating in Matthews, NC.

I need to find out anything I can about this company. It seems they were the original owners of our 2 2005 Setra S417's and they had some problems with them that were never corrected and they gave them back! We are trying to locate any info on them that we can.

It provides the last known phone and address for the NC operation.  From the "Reports" tab, depending on how seriously you need to find them, you can also order DNB reports there that might lead you to the owners.  Probably the $13 report would get the owners/officers names.  Then you might find them via Google.

Look at the buses or some old pictures real close for some old DOT numbers. They have never used that name or had any authority registered with DOT under that name according to DOT SAFER. No name even close to that for those citys, even just using the word MIDNIGHT.

Called my daughter Mary 40 minutes ago, she was on the L.I.Express way 2 exits away,and got off to check the address for me it is a beauty boutique in a residential neighborhood as per the Goo Goo search Google the NC address and comes up the same , another residential area.

Bryce, you mentioned a few weeks ago that you have the "05 in the shop getting warranty "updates" that weren't done.   Are you having electrical issues or ??   My  '03 Prevost has a boatload of warranty work that has come up.   From steering box/frame cracks to power steering hose failures.

Hey guys thanks for the info some of it I had already found and some of it is new too me! Of course it is ALL appreciated, as we are trying to locate anyone from the company who can give us some insight as to what happened between them & Setra.

I was really fishing to see if anyone personally had any knowledge of the company or any of it's employees current or former!

The name Stewart Weisberg keeps popping up on all the INC documents in all 3 locations. So I guess for now I am going to concentrate my efforts there.

We are having some issues with what has been done/not done and getting run arounds about it from Setra. I have spent numerous hrs running back and forth to Greensboro, NC and back with these 2 coaches. To have "recall" stuff done by them and every time they claim what ever it was that "IT HAD TO COME TO SETRA" for had already been done, but not documented under one of the 2 prior owners!
So I am trying to see if I can track down the previous owners to see what experiences they had, and why they "unloaded them" so new with so few miles on them. (for all I know they could have been repo'd too)

Anyway that is the short & long of it!
