Just return from Flag where it was in the 80's to Marana where it is 108. The trip was a blast meet some really nice people. My kids love it there. They were having a VW meet at the KOA and the place was packed. Arrived hooked up and did what I do best, took a nap. We did see a real Eagle there that belongs to a rock band. They were real nice folks and were traveling on a shoe string, there gen was not working so no A/C. The bus was Lynard Skynard's old bus. You could still see the money that was poured into that bus when that band had it. It is bare metal waist down and forest green on up with a guitar research logo on it. They are heading east and if you see them say howdy for us. Johnny, Derick and Mike.

Not the real eagle

PS...I really LOVE Eagles.  You see them off in the distance and say, "Wow, there is a neat bus coming this way!"

Stopped in that KOA about 5 years ago. At that time there was a GM that had been there for several years.  Also we have seen that Eagle VW Van at car shows in Lake Havasu and Yuma the last couple of years. Its one of our favorites.
Used to own a 1968 MCI 5A and a 1977 5C.

There is an MCI there I think an 8 but not sure. It looks to have not moved in a long time. It belongs to Mark of Mark's RV mobile repair. I knocked on his door several times but he must a good mechanic because he was always away in one of his work trucks. His card says he is based at Quartsite.
