Trying to Locate Williams Controls Treadle Assemble (Accelerator Pedal Pad)

Hi All!

I have been playing with my new-to-me bus all weekend and found there are some items I would like to replace.  The driver's area of my bus is in great shape, but the rubber pad on the accelerator pad is worn.  I did an Internet search and found the manufacturer is Williams Controls and the part number is 11875.  The part is described on the Williams Control website as a "treadle assembly."  I would think this would be a common replacement part as many buses I have seen have similar wear on the accelerator pedal.  Anybody know where I can find a new one of these?

Use anything to recover the pedal

There is the assembly on ebay for about 50 bucks if I remember correctly

Don't know what bus you have but many of the Williams valves use the same treadle.

Part # 97 2387 152 at $22.62 is very likely the correct part.  Muncie simply describe as "Cover." Whenever I've called Muncie they are great if you have a part number. Not much help without.

A piece of ribbed flooring glued to the pedal was a common fix in fleet use.
