We will be in NC over the 4Th but would like to stop by and meet some fellow bus nuts. Is it OK to show up for a few hours sans bus?

Thanks.

We won't be bringing our bus...Dianne said the county inspectors would swear the Airstreamers had a graveyard annex and would up the property taxes! ;D

She is also planning to bring the bread machine too!  Any requests for bread?
We are planning to be there thursday evening, just before dark-thirty.  Friday if I am out most of Thursday.

We'll have access to either the shelter or the hall, so I was thinking we'd figure it out once we see how many are there.

I like the fellowship at the shared meals, so I was hoping to do all lunches & dinners as we have done in the past-
People bring what they can, I'll have extra (hamburgers, hotdogs, BBQ, spaghetti, etc), & a donation pot will be there for those that want to contribute that way.

No real planned agenda except to have fun fellowship & eat.

What we do is encourage shared meals - potluck -

My focus is to welcome everyone & to let attendees help however they can. That way, no one has to do too much & everyone gets to have fun!

At the first rally I attended, I didn't plan ahead & was short on food. They put out a donation pot so those who wanted to contribute that way could. That made me feel welcome at the meals in spite of not bringing any food. So I decided I would do the same.

I try to bring extra main dishes so no one starves.

A tentative menu, subject to change at the last minute  ;D

Friday

Lunch - Frozen Pizza? hamburgers?

Dinner - Spaghetti?

Saturday breakfast will be omelets in a bag.

Lunch - hamburgers

Dinner - BBQ

Sunday

Breakfast - to each their own

Lunch - left overs
