Yes, thank you to all of the vets! And for that matter, thank you to all of those that have served the country, Fire, Ems, Police. Thank you very much for fighting for our country. I just pray that it stays semi free.

God bless you all,

John

I got a call this morning from the wife of my old platoon leader from back in nam, he passed away this morning, he was not only my platoon leader he was my friend, he was the guy that got me out of a swamp when I had sprung a leak, it's always hard to say good bye to a friend I guess.

Thank you Vets.

Anyone watching the NASCAR race.  They just stopped the race, shut of the engines, for a moment of silence.

Yeah, that was one of the neatest things I have ever seen Nascar do.  Jack

Day is done...
Gone the sun
From the lake...
From the hills...
From the sky.
All is well...
Safely rest
God is nigh.

Fading light....
Dims the sight
And a star....
Gems the sky....
Gleaming bright
From afar....
Drawing nigh
Falls the night.
