I will bet that he didn't bring big enough suitcases ;D ;D ;D. I am glad that you all were able to meet with him, and enjoy some good fellowship.

God bless,

Get Gavin to put his location on the MAK map.  I think I am the only one from the southern hemisphere on the map.  You never know, we may end up having a rally in Australia someday.

Hi Jack

Karen & I come originally from Perth.  We have been in NZ for the past 12 years, but are migrating back to Western Australia at the end of this year.  We have bought a small property (16 acres) about 2 hours drive south of Perth.

We are planning to take the bus back with us, so it would be useful to have a contact in Perth, who knows the local suppliers etc.  If Gavin is interested, my email address is in my profile, possibly he could email me & we could establish contact.

Cheers

LUKE at US COACH

Hi Folks:

Gavin spent the entire day with us.  He enjoyed visiting the buses in the lot, watching the guys work in the shop and helped me in the parts department. He told my partner Bil how much he enjoyed talking to a mechanic "who knows his 4107".  He came with a parts shopping list for his 4107 as well as for another customer we have in Australia, who also has a converted 4107. I will pack it up today and drop off at the Post Office, along with some other items he bought while on his visit.

At the end of the work day, our office manager Nina  took him to Philadelphia, and today he was heading to New York for his late day flight to London, then to Dubai and then to Australia. (Long trip!!!!!)

Jack, he mentioned several times how much he enjoyed his stay with you and Paula and how much he appreciated the treatment he had received from Americans, in general.

It is always fun to meet someone from another country and having similar interests is just icing on the cake.

Happy & SAFE!!! Bussin' to All.
