I am buying some parts from the family of a guy that started/stopped a conversion about 15-20 years ago.  They do not have the bus, but say it was a 1967 40' Greyhound MCI.  I am guessing it would have to have been an MC7, but I thought that they did not come out until 1968.  I know that Greyhound had 40' GM's in '67.  Also, does the MC7 have the same radiator set up as my 5a?
You don't have to believe everything you think.

Greyhound never bought any 40' Buffalos, they only bought some 35' 4107s.  Other than the Scenics, all of Greyhound's 40' vehicles have been MCIs.

MC-7s were built from 1968 thru 1973, and yes, the radiator set-up is the same as a 5A, altho they might have thicker cores.

Since it's the family of the guy, chances are they're mistaken on the year of the coach - happens often.

FWIW & HTH. . .
