Hi, I was just wondering if you ever got pictures of your Dina? We are working on our Dina now. Always nice to get ideas, not many Dinas around converted. We had our roof raised 9 inches. We are working on getting it filled on the front and back with fiberglass. We are going to go with cruiseair basement airconditioning. We had New windows made for it also. Put two in the front, and one in the back. We have bought a few things for it, as we go along. Hope to have it going by the end of the year. Probably sell our old bus. It has been really good for us, doing about 70,000 a yr, still going strong though. We had it rewired with freightliner wiring, so that problem is over. Someone on here mailed me some pics of theirs a while back. I never received them though. Dont know what happened. They said they never got them back. Best I can figure, is maybe they were put in the wrong mail box, and someone never forwarded them.  Too bad, cause I was really looking forward to seeing their floor plan. Anyhow, if you have some you can email them to k55ga@aol.com. Thanks

I was thinking about this recently.  I didn't know if you really still wanted pictures.  I will try to take some this week, if not this evening.  My floor plan is somewhat unusual, but could be used with modifications.

Tell me more about the Freightliner wiring?  I could see a complete rewiring costing an arm and a leg, but it would sure solve problems.

Ruthi, how far do you live from Baytown Tx there is wrecked Dina converted by Ramblin Fever in a storeage lot going out for bids next week.It was totaled by the insurance but looks like it could be fixed from the roll over.I am bidding on it for the engine and transmission one of the few I saw with a 12.7 series 60 engine.      good luck

luverbus, the engine and the tranny are the best. I use to live in Houston. Good luck on the bid. I live in Georgia now, but usually traveling. Belfort, I would love the pics. We need a two bdrm, as we have our son, and usually a helper traveling with us for work, although right now, we are looking for someone. We will be working on figuring out the floor plan when we get home in June. The original wiring, we have found out was the biggest problem for the dinas. Once you get that change, they are an awesome bus. We have been told that by several professional converters. Anyhow, ours is a 1998. I am about to go to bed, but I will get back to you tomorrow about the wiring. Thanks
