Hello Bus Nuts, We are on tour and maybe coming though your area. We are basing this Summer's, "Rolling With The Flow Tour", on the economy and our appreciation for our fans.   We are offering your groups/rallies "The Michael Hargis Show" a 2 hour show and I can also offer you 2 hours of Dance/Karaoke/DJ Show with M&C's Music Machine at no cost, Yes "FREE"! the only compensation we request is; 1 full hook-up site for duration of your event or min. 2 nights, partake in any scheduled meals, sell our albums/memorabilia and a Host/Staff promoted "Pass The Hat" at each show. We will provide you with some MHE event posters upon request. We also have custom numbered tickets for 2 album Give-aways during "The Michael Hargis Show"

So.CA & So.AZ till March 1st. to start, then we head east. This is 1st come 1st serve, so BOOK NOW!We are concentrating on this RV rally offer for the next 2 years. We plan on performing a minimum of 3 shows per week. We are also looking for tour sponsors. Sponsorship would provide us with a vinyl banner for both sides of our MCI tour bus (see pic attached). In turn we would hand out your promotional items at shows, promote you live on stage at each show or whatever else we or you come up with to promote your Rally.

The two largest bus conversion rallies are Bus'n USA June 25-28 in Rickreall, OR and Jack Conrad's Bussin' rally in Arcadia, FL Dec. 29 - Jan 1.

But just to keep expectations realistic...

I saw your reply over on the BNO board about normally getting $2,500 for a New Years Eve show. I am pretty sure that passing the hat at even those two largest rallies isn't going to come close to that.

Hi Dave. We know that. We norm. book special dates at our rates but for the next two years we have decided to offer "pass the Hat" only for all dates. So we understand that there is no guarantee. We will however guarantee a great time at any of our shows regardless of what is in the hat. All the Best, M&C

Hey Skip, we do not have a contact for Fairs in MT. We would Love to play their. Do you know anyone that would like to book our show in the Fair Association? Looks like we may be playing at the Rapid City, SD Fair around that time though. All the Best, M&C

  most bookings are done with each fair committee...... If you are not used to dealing with reservations I would pass
  on the Crow Agency one.   Hope the info helps if you need other dates I can get the fair dates for them also.
