Who has duct work for sale? Other than stove pipe? Surely someone makes nice square ducts that are applicable to buses and RVs. Registers, plenums etc..

Rick, what size are you looking for.   Most heating companies will sell your 3.25" wall stack..

You can order custom made snap lok.  I have a old Pittsburg machine>most HVAC shops will have one and can make anysize duct work.

Years ago I scrapped out some 3.25 X 14" aluminum duct.   I wish that I kept it..

According to the Duo Therm book it calls for two 4" round or 3"X4" square. I have a 8' apron brake but I thought it would be much simpler if I could get some off the shelf.

   This is where we purchased our duct material.  We picked ours up in person at their place (4X8 sheets) since we were close by on a trip.  Since then, we have ordered it and they cut it down to 2'X4' pieces to ship via UPS. Our ducts have been installed now for about 8 years and no problems. 
   It is easy to work with. Use a screen roller and a straightedge to crease, fold, and tape the last corner using aluminum duct tape and you have a 4' section of duct. The duct material cuts easily with a utility knife.  This company is also a sub-contractor for many of the RV manufacturers, making the ducts for RVs.  You can also make radiused corners by cutting the 2 radiused top pieces, then adding 2 strips to make the other 2 sides. It is about 3/16" thick and will easily bend to the radius. Aluminum duct tape on the edges and you have a perfect radiused duct.  (They showed me how to do this when we were at their place).  Jack

Tom that has crossed my mind as well and may be what I do. The problem with the Ultra Duct is my duct will be along the floor and not protected above a ceiling. It will have to be a metal duct.

No, I put it in a metalbrake and made a rectangle out of it.  It worked well for what I wanted.  Tom

I am trying to invision a brake that can do that or did you take apart the seam?
