Just drive over to a good friends place, drive in his shop, hook up to his power, use his tools and supplies, have him feed you and do all the work....that's what I did!

Slide, the procedure starts with axle weights and ride height at each wheel. 1 inch of thread is about 2 inches of ride height. The steer and tag are hard to hurt, but be sure you understand the drivers torsion bar adjustments as you need to be precise on both ends or you will ruin the bar. If the steer is low, they blow all over the road and if its high, bad crosswinds are not noticable. You need a pit for the steer axle. Put some grease on those threads now so it can work in.

$1B in $1000 bills = 800 feet high.

Slide,  Here is a good read:

http://www.busnut.com/bbs/messages/233/6057.html

I did mine, but you have to have the eagle manual to do it.  You can buy one from coachinfo.net.  I don't know how anyone could own an Eagle without the shop manual.  It has saved my bacon many times.

As far as shops that index eagles, I know Jefferson Truck in OK City does it.  Eaglebus manufacturing in Brownsville Tx does it, not sure about Luke at US Coach.  There may be more that do.  It is well worth it in handling to get the ride height to factory specs.

Slide, if you want to do it yourself on the Eagles board in the tech section Dan from Sliver Eagle has written the articles on how to do it and if you need photos we can furnish those also. You don't need a pit to adjust the front.A little advice buy 3 cans of Parts Blaster and spray the adjustment bolts every day for 3 or 4 days and grease the brackets where the bolts are located on the rear.On the front spray the vertical bolts on the flanges front and back of the tube.If your Eagle is in the 10 to 11 inch height the boogies will need adjusting so spray the bolts and splines and do a lot of praying the 4 bolts will not twist off.If we can help just ask http://www.eaglesinternational.net  Good luck  PS if you remove the drive wheels and tires life is so much easier for you with the adjusting of the rear
