Inverter wiring

Question guys, can I wire an inverter parallel with the 110 volt power pole feed to an item?? or will I get feed back and blow something.  I now have those circuits seperate, an item is either fed by the inverter or power pole but not both. ??>>>Dan

Dan, most inverters warn against damage if they are backfed, which is what you are describing. I don't know if the Trace SW will tolerate this.

I think that you should check for the information on your model of inverter.
