John,

Call the folks at Link! They are very helpful. I broke the mounting base for my Link 2000 & they sent me one free. They may have one to sell or give you some one who does.

Tom,

Link is a Interface made by "Heart", probably "Trace" and is now marketed as "Xantrex Interface Link 2000.  I have left a msg for the Xantrex guys but if you know of a site or number for a Mfr. named Link I would sure appreciate it.  Without another middleman it would surely be cheaper.

Thank You,

John

John,

You don't need to get the shunt from Xantrex.  Any 500 amp, 50mV shunt will work, such as

http://store.altenergystore.com/Meters-Communications-Site-Analysis/Shunts/500A-50Mv-Shunt/p4638/
or
http://parts.digikey.com/1/parts/1591572-shunt-current-dc-500a-50mv-3020-1103-0.html

About $20-$25 new.  You might find a used one on, say, eBay for less.
