GM solid rivets

I am interested if anyone on this board
has knowledge of the hardness of the
solid rivets used on GM coach's?
Two alloys seem to be available 2117-T4
or 1100F the later being the softer of the
two. I would be interested if anyone KNEW
and how they KNEW!
