Need help with plumbing design

Check out Gumpy's site. http://www.gumpydog.com/bus/site_map.htm. You will need to vent waste tanks and drains. Tanks to get rid of odor even though no POO POO and drains to make them work properly. The HD book would also be a good idea.
Also I emailed Gumpy about vents and he stated if not vented properly the traps would be sucked out while driving. Then when stopped you will end up with odor you will not like in your coach.

Interesting....I was wondering about traps but honestly figured that since I wont be having the water pressure that I have at my house, i may not have enough pressure to make traps work properly so i just figured a straight drop into gray/black tanks.  Ok, I was wrong.

However, how much does water pressure have to do with traps working properly? Below is a link to the water pump I had in mind, so basically my question is is that pump sufficient enough to force water through sink, shower and toilet traps

Now with that being said, I just read over Craig (Gumpy's) section from building the tanks to installing and to the vents, maybe i missed it but i didnt seem to find anything about the 'proper' way to vent.  All i took was to vent at the traps, and at the tanks two, and that the vent needs to slow upwards towards the rear and he was going to have it go out the top.....is that what you are referring to as the proper way to vent or is there something I am missing?

Vents are required to prevent siphoning of the water in the traps by lower pressure on the downhill side. You should get some kind of book for basic plumbing layout before completing your design. It's all common sense, but you need to think about it. Vents have nothing to do with pressure in the supply system; drains and traps are gravity-operated and completely separate from the supplies. There are currently a couple of very exhaustive and interesting threads on this subject on the BNO site. (Hope it's ok to mention them)

Like I said, a basic book on plumbing (Taunton has a good one) would help you a lot.
