battery replacement time

Called both INTERSTATE WHOLESALER location I posted

Both had group 31 BLEMS - they call them their ECONO line - they can be batteries that stayed on the shelve to long - returns that have been check out and found to be good -  (It's GOOD bussiness not to refuse a BIG customers any replacement) and very rarely actual COSMETIC BLEMS

The Benicia,  CA   Interstate had them for $25 - Plus they had 3-4 ECONO - 6 volt deep cycle golf cart batteries for the same $25   ask for Mike

The Tn.  prices were somewhat higher ?? - but still cheap enough to be attractive - IF THEY SUIT YOUR NEEDS

P.S.- I have NO vested interest in INTERSTATE - But have ALWAYS like their WHOLESALERS - they are EXREMELY Knowledgable and always have GOOO DEAL


Sean - Wish I was going to Arcadia this year - IIRC this will be the first time in 6 YEARS that I missed Jacks Rally - We'll have to "tip a few" some  other time/place !!

I am in need of new batteries myself...funny the Interstate wholesalers closest to me happens to be right next door to where i work....see trucks going in and out of there all the time.  I will probably swing by tomorrow and see what they have!

We blew threw Daytona this week on our way south.  But, it turns out, we'll be right back through there early January on our way to the inauguration.  If you've got a place to park for a night, I'll buy the beer.

Seems Interstate has had problems with blems being mistook for standard batts (warranty wise) and locally (at least) they have been painting new blems black - FWIW
