Old Stock MCI PA Part Needed

I am sure some of you converters have one or two of these in the bottom of a carboard box somewhere

I need the little PA contoller for a MC 8 1976. I will do my best to
explain the part I need; this is the little black box, about 4 inches
long and 1 inch wide, that hides behind the panel next to the drivers
left knee.  It has 2 knobs that stick thru the
panel "volume" and "tone" and a 4 pin microphone input jack.
