Thanks for the pic of the LV double decker. I was there last May and saw them then. I was trying to remember the name on them "The Duce". Cool looking buses for sure. The walkways over the strip were pretty high if I remember, over 14 feet I think, cuz they brought you into the second story of Ceasers and Ballagio.

Minor detail, not on topic but meant only to keep the record straight.  First Group, not Stagecoach, acquired Laidlaw and thus Greyhound.

I've seen the new Megabuses. The one we saw a Van Hool.(very funny comment BK... LOL) I think a smart move for Setra would be to make a decent looking one dbl decker. One that actually looks spiffy.

God bless,

Setra has been building double-deckers for years in fact - I guess they just haven't been selling them in the States. I'm always surprised how much 'coverage' Setras get on this forum - over here they are 'just another bus':- there are plenty of them around and I'm sure they have their devotees but they certainly don't stand out from all the other bus brands here

A shameless plug for my business - visit www.magazineexchange.co.uk for back issue magazines - thousands of titles covering cars, motorbikes, aircraft, railways, boats, modelling etc. You'll find lots of interest, although not much covering American buses sadly.

Thanks for the pic. There is finally a decent looking double Decker (Neoplans look nice too).

Oh, well...

God bless,
