Hello all,
Last night I started taking out some of the unused Dash Switches in My D3.
I am, of course left with holes in the dash panel. I sure would like to get some of those block-outs, that I could put in the holes and make it look nicer. The hole are 1 1/8 inches by 3/4 inch.
I checking with Mouser Electronics and got no love.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Seb

Something like that is what I'm looking for, but the hole size is 3/4 inch by 1 1/8 inch. Those are too big.
I will look around amazon and see if I can find something now that I have better search terms.
Thanks
Seb
Check a school bus parts supplier. Some of those early switch sizes were common on
school buses too.
I'm planning to change all of my switches. If I do, I will send you my blanks. I have 4.
I want to install toggles.

Hello eprelot,
I really appreciate the offer. I needed light 10 of them, so I just cut a piece of plastic and glued it to the back of the holes. It keeps the dirt out and looks pretty good too.
