Quick Question. Does anyone know what the inside ceiling height is in a 1993 Prevost H3? When I Google I can only find the exterior height.
Also while I'm here. When did the Skin Delam issues start with Prevosts? I think it is later than this bus, but not sure.
Thanks a million
Seb
You also could be a member of the Prevost site on Facebook. They are fantastic at answering your questions, no matter how basic.
The delam issue was on the XL2 (stainless ) siding. started about 2000. prevostcommunity.com is a good non facebook site.

Which H3-45 are you looking at the VIP shell has more head room with smaller bays than the H3-45 passenger bus with larger bays
Did you look in the Encylopedia of Buses under Prevost H3 on our Documents page? ;)

Ok, this is new info to me. I was not aware that there were 2 different shells. The one I am looking at is a passenger bus, so I assume it has the larger bays. Larger bays of course is nice, but I was hoping for more headroom since it is about a foot taller than the MCI 9.
Thanks for the insight

Thanks for your response, Gary. I wasn't aware of this resource. I will take a look at it.

The H45 passenger bus is almost 78 inches from floor to ceiling

Super, thanks for that.
Well, that is a little disappointing. I was hoping for my ceiling height in a Prevost, but taller bays are nice.

The VIP shell has a raised roof not lowered bays. You can see the raise between the drip rail and the top.
