I need help finding where to get these LED bulbs!

OK guys dad was changing bulbs on one of our MCI's the other day. And this is what he found.
He brought it in to me and asked me to find a source for these.
I have googled and everything else I can think of! But I can not find these! I have found some that have the socket with wires coming out and going to a square board of LEDs but that is not what he wants! He wants THESE! He said (and I have to agree some what!) that these are simple, compact, easy to change and able to store spares with out worrying about damage!
So I am asking all of you for assistance, as I know that with all ya'lls help ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! Thanks   BK

Gary you are right it looks almost exactly the same ! With the one exception 12 volt instead of 24VDC as on mine!
