Nothing to add except again you will want each axle END as well as each axle.  To be sure, do it twice, once empty and once loaded out at full curb weight.  That way you will know what happens when fluids,  junk, stuff and people get added, removed or moved.

When I had my 1974 Crown Coach 40 foot 10 wheeler I weighed all six axle ends stripped as a shell.  Most of my floor plans involved both mechanical doability plus keeping the weights and measures very very close. Be amazed how quickly balance can be affected.  :) :) :)

it cost $500 each side to have the boggies re indexed back to the proper weight

does not.  i got mine done, and the front raised to proper height for less than $1000 in Lakeland at central bus.

although truthfully, i haven't weighed mine again yet.  i'm assuming they're adjusted right.  got to be better than they were.

This is an old thread.  I took my bus up to Precision Frame and Alignment last fall to have the steering checked again.  They also weighed each tire at the same time.  My steering axle was well below the max and I am within a few hundred pounds side to side.

(They nor anybody else can find anything wrong with steering.  I will probably have steering gear rebuilt.)
