bottomacher, you do mix the Transynd with the automatic transmission fluid that is why you need to change it twice before going to the 50,000 mile oil change intervals and this process is going to cost you about 800 bucks ( is it worth it)  I use Cat TDTO in my 740 if it holds up for a 200,000 lb piece of equipment should be no problems for a 40,000 lb bus  have a good day
