Red Bull's Scenic Cruiser

Have you guys seen the beautiful Scenic Cruiser that Red Bull tours with?  It is beautiful,,and in Tampa, Florida today, at the Red Bull Flugtag.  Which is being held in downtown Tampa.  If you go to there website      http://www.redbullflugtagusa.com/    and what the entire video, you will see it.

I took a couple with my cell phone, but not sure how to download that to the computer.  Will work on that problem later.  The inside of this bus, was beautiful.  If you watch all the segments of the website videl they show you more of the bus, inside and out.

I know the guy who sold that to them....in fact it was a seated coach I think that he was planning on converting....and he ended up in the deal a fully converted scenic

They have owned it for a few years now...not sure who did the customization...but they were having some issues with it.

She's smart like a fox....  She's spending the summer touring the country in a beautiful Scenic Cruiser, getting paid, and not the least bit concerned about how much fuel it uses.

I'd like to see the Red Bull Scenic, the Clif Bar 4104 and some mt bike company has a 3701 all parked together at an event

RedBull should be ashamed of this project. THEY RUINED A PERFECTLY GREAT EXAMPLE.  WHY DESTROY A SEATED COACH, WHEN MOST SURVIVING SCENICS ARE SHELLS THAT COULD BE EASILY FINISHED. DAH. Only about twenty seated Scenics left by my count. Oh well money before brains.

Yeah, it makes for a pretty picture to some, but to me, it is like watching a rod shop cut up a rust free vintage car to replace all the body with custom panels (& send all the original metal to the trash can), only to end up with something that looks nothing like the original. Just a waste of limited materials.

Then there is the fact that the stuff that was removed (seats, interior trim, & etc) weren't saved or even offered for sale to those wanting to restore one. (There ain't much involving scenicruisers that us scenic owners miss, & red bull was asked about the take off parts - when 'we' helped them source some stuff they needed)


I don't expect everyone to agree or understand, but I think what they did is a damn disrespectfull shame . . . .
Should have started with a bus better suited to their goal.
