Guys I know it is summer but I want to change my diesel fired hurricane (proheat) system over to a propane fired system I know I can buy the Primus system but it comes in different parts that you use but I saw a Alde propane heating system in a Newmar class A motorhome that was a packaged unit any of you guys know of a dealer for this unit I spoke with Newmar but I guess they thought I was one of their competitors and would not help me so  here I am looking for some help and answers   thanks

Do you want to retain the hydronic heat?  My suggestion would be to switch to a 40000btu either Suburban or Atwood forced air furnace.  I have a 35,000btu Atwood in my 40ft'r and over the nearly 10 years that I have been using it, I haven't had to do ANY maintenance, except a yearly cleaning on it.  I don't think most people with hydronic heat can say that.
Then with a normal propane furnace, if you want your engine heated, just install a 120vac block heater.  Very simple, practically no maintenance.  Good Luck, TomC
