Glad to hear you are heading out of the hospital.  They are dangerous places.  Have you any idea how many people's lives end in a hospital?  Most people.  For that reason I avoid them at all costs.  Be well.

The last thing I would ever want to do is hurt you.
Its the last thing but its still on the list.

Got a couple of nice burns on my chest so I guess I was not behaving in the ambulance, the paddled me a couple of times, even got a puncture of some kind in the middle of my chest, about the right size to fit a golf tee, must have been a doctor close by.

Always remember, us Paramedics have several ways to "get even" with bad patients LOL  Just kidding, but seriously, you must have been is pretty poor shape. The burns are obviously from a defibrillation (or more than 1). The puncture wound could have been an intercardiac stick {injection}. This was one of the last ditch efforts we did. Hopefully the puncture was from a new advanced procedure that has become available since I retired.
Anyway, we are sure glad to hear you are home. I don't think you will feel like doing anything for a while, but when you do--DON"T!!  Jack

From the evidence, Cody...burns on your chest and the hole for the Golf Tee...it strikes me that one of those EMS Medics must swing a mean golf club. I thought I was a pretty good swinger but I never burnt the grass!

Just furthur proof that the Good Lord isn't ready for you yet....although He might have been trying to get your attention. You're just going to have to stop chasing other men's wives and parked cars!

Bob, I kinda got it figured out, I think, neither the good lord or the devil wanted me, my goal was always to be shot and killed by jennifer lopez's husband in a jelous rage, but at this point I'll have to settle for being hit by a parked car I guess.lol

Welcome back Cody!

Good to hear of the positive progress you are making. Take your time to heal before you start making sawdust. It aint' no fun if you have a set back. Just enjoy your quiet time and be thankful you can.

I look forward to meeting you and your wife someday. Maybe TBR 2009?

Take Care,

Paul

Cody,
I'm happy to hear that you came through all right!

The chat room would not be able to function if you were not there to keep things under control. LOL

Keep it on the easy and enjoy the gift!
