Ok I understand that the bus makers have done away with the box for the rear engine controls.

What have they done?

How much should I protect the wiring?

Or should I just hang it out in the open?

I have found a box but it seams a little big and I am considering jut putting a piece of angle iron (aluminum) and mount the 3 way switch and start and kill buttons on it and leave the wiring open.

What do you think?  How are the builders doing it?
