Hey Thanks,

I actually plan to take some more pictures of the frame and add to listing.  It's refreshing to have an Eagle that you're not afraid to check the frame on.  :-)

I kinda hope it doesn't sell, I doubt I'll ever find another one this clean.

Honestly Todd if I had the money to start my dream or semi-dream conversion I'd be all over that one! I love an Eagle, but I'm gonna have to build a Setra for the superior ride and luggage bay space! Besides Paul Hastings is making it look like too much fun, to be the only one doing it! LOL! Good luck on the sale, that is one clean bird!  (especially if it gets an approval from Doug! LOL!)   BK

problem with the A2 is most of them were in New York Commuter service ( Read Rust and hard service

Surprisingly, she didn't sell.  I can't say I'm upset though, it wouldn't be bad to be stuck with this one.  But I could use the money even more though.

I wonder if it's a sign of the current bus market, the market for Eagles, or probably both.

Todd, the market is soft right now when it comes to anything.

There are buyers out there that will buy but the large portion of them seem to think they should have stuff for nothing.

There are alot of Eagles on the market right now....and despite them being touted as the "best Bus" they are starting to become a Small Cult item  like the Flxibles,

Perhaps once Silver Eagle starts doind business with the populous Eagle might get a resurge. 

Another reason I think it would have been more prudent for Silver Eagle to start making seated coaches that had a list of prior purchasers to go to......there are still a few companies out there running  Eagles and are very happy with them.  Free Enterprise, Bollman and a few others.

Woould have thought a bus they had all the jigs for....they could have pretty much had a line of orders for them....and a cash infusion....not to metion some quick rejuvination of the Brand as something that is still available

Yep BK, it sure does, thats the way my eagle looked when I drove it home and it sure did make it easier to find and correct any rust issues, I did buy some 3/4 inch plywood tho to lay down on the floor so I didn't get popped in the back of the head with a rock from the steering tires lol. To start with a bus that had been stripped to this degree really was a blessing, I not only didn't have the degree of demolition that most have but it was like starting with a clean slate where the idea's wern't influenced by someone elses idea of what is nice or practical.
