Geoff, To avoid cluttering up the Bus Photos page I am posting here as to how I re size the photos.

I use a free package from Google called Picasa here:

http://picasa.google.com/download/index.html

It will scan your computer and copy all your photos to a folder that makes it extremely easy to scan all of them, modify them in any way desired and provides an e-mail send button that allows you to select the size of the photo being sent.

I find it very easy to use and that is very important for an old dummy Redneck like me.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, a good Reisling in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming:  WOO HOO, what a ride

Thanks Richard,
For not cluttering up the photos thread!
I'll have to ask phil if he can clean up the nonsence!
Also good info-

Nick, maybe you can get Phil to appoint someone with a lot of time on their hands such as you or Dallas to act as co-moderator and keep things cleaned up.

7 seconds before I nominated Dallas for a position of assistant moderator he goes and posts a long post on the Bus Pictures section. Guess I will have to re-think that nomination.

I am going to get to 50 today if it kills me. LOL

OK Richard,

I know first hand that it's an addiction!!!

Thanks for the nomination!!  I think Dallas might add things instead of thinning out!!

What are the thoughts on this?  Only bus pictures, and any questions about the posting on that thread could be in a different thread?  Then make the post pics a sticky topic - along with first post in the thread would explain the rules of the thread?  If so, you could modify your first post with some guidelines for posting.  Then, I run cleanup?  That could work.  Assuming I can change a topic from normal to sticky - after the fact.  I'll check.

Let me know - Hope this helps, Phil
