6-71 rebuild kits $925

Hello

clicked a little further on the link on the MC9 engine serial number thread and found the vendor has a rebuild kit special of 6-71 engines.

Is this any good for anyone?

$925 for all this:

That's a great price-as long as the owner NEVER wants to turbo his engine.  I was lucky with my 8V-71N in that the bus company used two piece pistons, even though at the higher compression ratio, allowed me to turbo my engine without a piston change.  Once again-it is a cheap price for a basic overhaul kit.  Good Luck, TomC
