Hi yo silver

TA DA!!  The sound you hear is trumpets...announcing that at long last, Hi Yo Silver has found a bus!  I won't bring it home for a week or so, but I have bought a Custom Coach Conversion; an '82 MC9.  I expect to pick it up next week, nasty weather permitting.  After kicking tires for about the last six years or so, this one seems to fit the bill.  With a little luck, and some help from Dallas and Barn Owl, there should be a picture attached.

I agree! Cool paint!   Looks like a Va Coach paint job.
Bus looks nice and straight.  And shiny!   8)
One thing...you're gonna enjoy keeping the shiny looking good! :(
Those shiny wheels are a pain to keep looking good, not sure about the SS?
It's PITA to get the first shine on it.
Have to check your bus while visiting Sawyer's.   ::)
Hope you enjoy your bus!  We sure have enjoyed our MC9.

Dennis, if the pic of the bus is shown fully aired up, the front leveler needs adjusting for correct ride height.  This is a minor thing.  Might need a leveling valve.  The bus will drive well at the correct ride height.  It may hunt around if the aired up position is as pictured.   Replacing a front leveling valve is cheap and easy.
The bus should set even front to rear.  The rears looks a little high (also easy to adjust).  The front is definitely lower than recommended.
The bus may have a leveling system that's holding it in the position we see??

Not only you have great looking bus but a non passenger low mileage with professional conversion ready to go....YEA....!!! May still need a little update maintenance still but that is nothing compare most of us.

Long waiting is being patience and getting your best choice for the money.

Now the next thing to do is to look for your nearest good 2 cycle experience mechanic if you don't already have one. This is to show and ask question about anything you might wonder from the horse's mouth for your peace of mind.

Happy Day, Jerry

Dennis,
CONGRATULATIONS!!!  Bus looks great.  We plan to be up in your neck of the woods late April-early May.  We will have to get together. Maybe a small bus rally? (You, Us, Laryn, Ray & Ann, ??)  Jack

Great looking and its nice to see they left in as many windows as possible-and big windows.  I don't quite understand those that do not install the maximum amount of windows-since we're out hear to look around aren't we?  Good Luck, TomC

Great picture of your new baby.  Love the paint scheme with the SS on the bottom.  However, I regret to inform you that there is no known cure for your condition...and...you is one of us now!!  Signs/symptoms included smiling, giggling, a warm and cozy feeling, spasms of uncontrollable glee, totally regressive behavior and good stuff like that.  You have been warned, so there.  He he he.  :) :) :) R/N
