I seen that!! It looks pretty cool. But I think our doors would have to be more like an over head garage door with smaller panels. 
That's a pipe dream, but would be cool on a custom!

Hey, I wonder if they could do it making the door fold like an accordion going sideways.  That could work for a bus.  Actually, I know a guy that has been working on his bus for a good eight years.  I haven't seen him in a long time, so I don't know if he has ever used it yet.  He had all sorts of innovations--heat exchangers from the exhaust to heat hot water, separate driver and passenger climate control, etc.  One of the things he did (I am working off an old memory here, so it is not exact) was part of the door hydraulically rolling out to be the stairs like in a flying saucer movie.

I think something like a "Tambour" door would work also, like the ones on roll top desks. The hard part would be for the glass to see out though. It would have to be like a louvered door, which would be hard to see out of though. The outside of the door would be made of metal as opposed to wood, that is used on furniture, of course. A rubberised material would be the backing, making a good water and wind tight seal.....hmmmmm.
