how much is my engine and trans worth?

 i have a good running 8v71 and spicer 4 speed that i will be taking out some time in the near future to  replace with  a automatic package. the engine runs great no smoke on start up, started a couple of days ago when it was 38 degrees no problem.i just put a reliabilt blower on it $1300. what would be a good price to ask for it? thanks george
