stock windows on a 4905 not sealing

hey guys just putting a ? out there? stock 4905 windows as u see in my photo the front and rear windows
on the top are aftermarket but the 4 windows in the middle are stock<and the p/o also had this problem with the windows not completey sitting in there hole or not lining up<is this common,the seal just does not seal it and there is no ujustment the hinges on the top are fixed no ajustment,anybody run into this problem??

 I have restored several of these 4905's and 4903's ,and can never recall a instance as such. Is it the aftermarket frames only?You may have to bend the frames,and this is a delicate situation.The other option would be to shim .
