also what campground did every one us at the virginia creeper plan to go ride my bike but don't know where to park the bus.

Iron Horse was the only one I saw that would fit  a Bus,  its right on the highway and not the secluded type place., could probably hold a dozen or so buses.

they do have shuttles that leave from there and a bike shop,  I want to go one weekend and bike then tube.  Uncle Ned, your probably tough(crazy) enough to ride up it.  Contiuous 1% grade. We did a day trip with the blue blaze shop and shuttled to white top, 17 miles down hill back to Damascus. fun afternoon. even an icecream stop.  add a little more flatland peddling to get back to Ironhorse.
