oil seal leak, (fixed)

The part on the left is the engine mount grommet.  Ordered from Norris at Jefferson for $250.  The sleeve in the middle and seal I found in Pharr TX.  The seal is standard stock, but the sleeve is special ordered as he said they don't have a demand for those anymore.

It took me 10 hours to get these parts off. arrrgh.

yea, but David look at all the good that came out of it you saved a 1000.00+ on labor and Norris has a job next week .David does that wear sleeve have a seal ring on the inside

Yes, it had an O-ring in it, and it had noticable wear at the seal contact position.

Beware of the seal material.  If it's teflon, don't lube the lips of the seal.  Or, better yet, carefully follow the manufacturers recommendations.  I don't know if the front seals are teflon, but many new seals are teflon coated.   Occasionally a lubed teflon seal will result in an oil leak because the seal isn't allowed to "burn" in during the first few minutes of operation.
This is only true for teflon seals.  Lube all others.  
From your pix, looks like the hard part is done!  Ole fire wrench works every time!

Question, Would David's experience be similar to my 8v71? Mine leaked at one time then stopped, hasn't leaked since about 2 years ago.

I bet it comes in a plastic bag and says nothing as per its installation.  I'll find out Monday.

Got the parts all in.  Don't have the invoice yet, but I know the seal wash $52.  The sleeve and O ring I don't know.    The engine mount was $250.

10 hours to remove all the parts.  3 hours to reinstall everything and I didn't lose any bolts or nuts.  No busted knuckles.   Yippee.
