OT, anyone having problems like me signing on BNO Board?

I know, I know we don't discuss the other board but there is good information off both of these bulletin boards and I use them both every day.  I have been having problems sigining on BNO only for the past 4 days maybe and wonder if I got a virus etc. but I am able to go every place else with no other problems.  If you have been having problems also could you please put my mind at ease a little. 

The problem as is: 
(1) favorite BNO selected
(2) Opening page is blank and says "Done"
(3) Try again, get to opening page, select where I want to go, (new posts etc.) page freezes and again says "Done"  Done heck, I ain't got nothing.
(4)  Now pissed and try it all again.  Same problem.
I think you get the drift now, internet great when it works, sucks when it don't.

I am not having a problem today.

Try this:

On your computer, go to START, Click on RUN, enter CMD, a box will pop open, type in tracert www.busnuts.com, hit ENTER,  it will list all the hops in your route to there server.

You can see how long it takes to get there and how many hops.

Many times it is a router slowing you down somewhere.

Try it with different sites and you will see what I mean.

  I just clicked on my BNO shortcut I have on my desk top screen.  It took me to the BNO site, I clicked on "the board" and it took me right to the board. I opened a thread as a test and it worked fine.  No idea why your not getting through.

Gary,when you find the problem please let me know because i have the same problem if i try to go from another site i get a blank page and it locks up i can go there but i have to start the internet again and go there first

I did as you instructed for the BNO board tracer, lots of mumbo jumbo I do not understand, numbers etc. you young guys probably do but good grief, what am I looking at. 

I tried to go on BNO again, same problem, got to page , ("The Board Page", which is just before you see the entries page of all the posts) and it gets hung up and the blue indicator on the bottom left of the screen only goes to about 50% then it stops.

Tried it again just a moment ago, puked on me again.  Oh Crap!!

Thanks for helping me out, glad my web page is done, can you imagine!!!
I will keep trying but Cliff, I don't know what a hop is or how to read what I am seeing.

Cliff, Here is more info.
I have two separate computers, both on same router.  I just tested the other one using a different address name and I have exactly the same problem.  Maybe Router then but I am at a loss here as I have no other problems with other sites, YET!!  again thanks.

Still NG Richard, got to that page for posts but have a blank page and the word DONE on the bottom??? 
Could I have accidentally turned on a filter or something? 
I have no problem of any kind getting on MAK.

Gary,

Have you emptied your 'Temporary Internet Files' and cookies lately?  If not, give that a shot.  Also, when the page says 'done' but is blank, hold down the CTRL key and click 'Refresh' in your browser.  That should make it reload and disregard any temp. internet files.  Good luck.

A poem of my Dilema Today

Well I did everything you all told me to do
Ended up getting pissed, till my face turned red & blue,
I dedicided a little time away from my computer screen I need
As squeezing my butt any harder would make the darn thing bleed,
Even thought it is hot as heck out side
Taking a break will relieve my stress & pride.
I'll be back on the board, you can count on that,
right now there is steam coming off the chair where I sat.

I need a break, can't get my total bulletin board fix,
Need to fix my computer with just a few more clicks.
I can't thank you enough for helping me out,
Thank you bus nut friends, I am giving you a shout.
More than one of my computers has this same ill,
If I get any more stressed I'll need to take a pill.
I think I will get off my fat dead -$$
and go out and rest while cutting my grass,
if you think, of any other fixes to try,
I'll be back soon to try your suggestions, thanks again good guy.

This is happening to two different computers with different addresses??  I think my ISP or what ever that stupid address is called is a little mixed up.  I will try to email Ian to see if he can see the problem from his end.
