Governor

I noticed what sounds like an air leak inside the governor box when I shut off the engine.  This was when I was checking out my Jake Brake problem.  Could this be contributing to my Jake Brake problem?  Or is this normal for the DD6v92TA

Eagle most of the time its your shut down or fast idle leaking on top of the governor

I checked those and it seems to be inside the governor box.

on my eagle with a 8v92 and jakes there is a air Cly that the buffer switch is mounted with could be the air is leaking into the governor that about the only place air could get there from
