DOOR LATCH/LOCK

I'm now to the point of installing a door lock-set in my MC7.

The issues of BCM I've seen show lots of different locks, but rarely any information on them. I have priced out the Freightliner/Peterbilt door lock setup here, and it is extraordinarily expensive. (that is, more than $400)

What did you put in, and does it work well?

Da Man here in the Southeast is Jack Conrad.  Chances are he has a blow by blow description for installing one of the Freightliner locks.  Saw him do one in Timmonsville, SC last summer...helluva fine job too!
