Hello Guy's,

We are now ready to start testing and uploading our new virtual hosting on our test site.

Phil Lyons and the moderator team will be making sure this integration happens as smooth as possible.

"A big Thank You to Mike for this" because it costs some bucks to do.

It may take up to a month to intergrate all systems properly. But, we want to make sure that it's right the first time.

I hope we all can be patient until the full change is made.

This upgrade will resolve the issues of board slowness along with some other minor issues we have had.

Thank you for your faithfullness!

Hi Bill,

Virtual hosting is a Shared System, or pre determined amount of web sites on one server. It's our nessesary next step!

What we have been on is also a shared system but, an unlimited amount of web sites piled onto one server. Thats why we are slowing....

The new Virtual Hosting will give us more traffic room, tech support, and we hope, more priority.

The test site is only accessable to the Moderators and when it gets our approval, we will intergrate it to the main BBS.

Thanks for asking

I too wanted to offer my heartfelt thanks to everyone who manages, financially supports and simply offers insight and opinions. As I have said before, without this BB and others, I would hang up this crazy hobby and go do something far less exciting like golfing, hiking or taking long walks on the beach.... :P :'( :'( :'( :-[

Thanks

The hit-or-miss of the current setup drives me crazy. :P I am looking forward to the new.

It's the education gained, and the ability to apply, and share, what we learn.

Thanks for the GOOD news and update Nick.

This is also one of my favorite pit stops and mental breaks during the day.

The slowness has become frustrating, but the information and personalitys make up for it.   ;D

Hip, Hip, Hooray for MAK, Phil and the Moderators.
