Nuisance drop down over page

Do you guys experience the damn drop down over the page when you try to read a topic? You continually have to touch the arrow to get it to retract so you can read the topic. I use an android Samsung phone most of the time. I understand ads pay for the site but this drop down thing is the most annoying thing ever. It makes the board almost useless. Please get rid of it.

@Bill Yeah a lot of us experience it. We too run an old Samsung Android and it happens on different computor search engines too. It's a PITA but we just got used to it..it's like trying to swat a fly buzzing you when your hands are busy or being under the bus wrenching in the rain with cold water filling your crack! Oh well, whatever it takes to get our fix of bus stuff next to our cereal bowl in the morning.

I know it takes ads to keep the board alive but BGM doesn't do any of this. Bus NUT and Bus Conversions both have annoying ad platforms. Swat that damn fly and wipe the rain out of your eyes Dan and keep wrenching. Jason sure wishes he had your temperatures.

My Samsung s23 plus does it, but my Samsung s4 tablet doesn't.

I use a Dell lap top I don't have the problem on it seldom do I use my Samsung because of the ads lol you think it is bad here use F/B

Screenshots?  I don't see any ads, FF blocks all trackers, but there shouldn't be any popups, just three ads in right column and one across bottom.  Gary has asked me to remove all Google ads, will do that now.
