Greeting and Happy Easter to all...

Thanks to all who helped with my power steering conversion.  Gene Russell is helping me with a solution.

I have some other issues that I need help with.

Radiator and Fan & Belts:
I was looking at my fan and noticed some bent ends.  Looks like the Aluminum shroud failed and the fan blades hit the shroud.  Shroud totaled and several blade ends bent.

That led me to start removing the radiator for inspection.  The peacock at the bottom of the radiator was rusteded solid so I was able to remove the coolant other ways. After finally getting the hoses off and removed the radiator I found the following issues.

Bottom flange with drain cock has broken bolt flange.  I can get it welded but was hoping maybe someone has a spare.  Part number 2223477G (have pic below).

Need to replace hoses, but cannot find any part numbers, plus 2 3/8 ID hose is hard to find that is not just a straight piece.  I want high quality like Gates Green Stripe.. 2 1/2 & 2 1/2 seem easier to find.  Any replacement ideas?

Need(want to replace both fan belts but cannot find any part numbers).. any ideas?

Is straightening the blades sufficient.  Pic of fan below.

Aluminum shroud.  I can probably fabricate one but was hoping for a replacement solution.

Thanks as always.

TwoFeathersRD

 Hello,

Have we talked yet?  We are TwoFeathers Restorations & Design in Deerfield, Ma  We own 3 Silversides and are in different levels of restorations as we are busy working on other projects in our shop. We are however reproducing some parts for the Silverside buses. For example we are currently offering some of the lenses now and more this summer. We just spent a 30k investment in a 3D scanner which we will be trained on in the next few weeks. This is going to allow us to scan these old metal parts. Clean them up and then recast them new. I would recommend getting in contact with us directly if you would be interested in having this part made new. I know it is not cheap. but, the old aluminum is old and failing and not good for repairs. On our list is casting brand new radiator parts. On our buses all three of them need new radiators. We will be reproducing the sides and top and bottom tanks. Those will be casted as ordered is the plan. Once we have the scans finished we will get a quote on cost to cast at the foundery.
I know the part you have is another part that would be also on the list. I think I have one off a bus handy for scanning.
Just reach out to us via email at Service@twofeathersrv.com  Make sure to include your name and phone number and a photo of your bus. We like to keep an album of the buses on the road.

Hope to talk with you soon.
