1982 MCI 9 New Jersey Transit 6V92 Turbo

Well it's good to be back on after.... I don't know how many years. Long enough to have to reregister at least. Lots of things happening. Some of it I need some help with. Since the wife passed away late September I've decided to move up to Rockford Illinois. I have 2 of my 3 kids there. Seven of my 10 grands. And a newly added GREAT Grand son.

I have sold my home here in Georgia and have to be out by the end of January. I bought land in Illinois and have hired a contractor to build a small 2 bedroom RV home. However it won't be complete until spring. No problem I think. I have my coach I can easily live in until spring. However, after starting it up I find the purge assembly between the front wheels is leaking out the purge opening and won't air up past 40lb. And that's at running the Engine at a high RPM.

I added 2 external compressors and can almost get it to 90lb. So I thought just a few more Rpm might do it. Ad kick it up just a bit and WHAMMM! I here all kind of noise coming from the back. I immediately think "BLOWN MOTOR". I just shut it down nd went in the house. Next day I go out and open the engine doors and see all kinds of metal scattered everywhere. But no clue where it came from. As it turns out the squirl cage disintegrated.

No blown engine!!! YAY! But I can't find a replacement cage, or the complete left ( as your looking at the it from the back) fan housing. I Googled till the cows came home. And tried several searches here and came up empty. So I have 3 questions:

1. Where to find that fan. Or the complete housing (left)?
2. Where can I get that evaporator / water Purge unit?
3. How the hell do you jack up the front of that MCI?? I know where the jack points are based on what I find on line. But with two 20 Ton air jacks there's no
way to get to those 2 points as they are no where near the outside of the coach to slide these jacks under it. It's like I have to jack it up...to jack it up.
    LOL

Any Help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I still have Lukes number. But I'm not familiar with the other gentleman. Do you have a number or Location.

Looks like Sam Caylor may be out of business. At least his website isn't valid. " www.caylorsupply.com "

Replace the whole thing, if one side grenaded, the other isn't far behind.

The Name alone (Chris Newton) doesn't help much. Doing a search brings up about 3 pages of them. LMAO
Can you send me a link to his profile please?
Thanks a heap.
