Yes far too much of DC and politics in general is the old revolving door between politicians and lobbyists, each going round and round.  The only solution is to get corporate money out of politics entirely - the corps don't care about the national debt, that's just extra incentive to 'privatize' nonprofitable services i.e. hand them over to the corporations so they can gouge us for fundamental services.  Just look at our prison system.

John McCain did his best to get Corp money out of politics and did for a short while till the courts got involved, now everyone has a PAC to funnel the money to the parties and there is no limit on what they give to a PAC

Y'all are getting all excited about nothing you can change. It'll work until it doesn't. With any luck at all we'll be gone by then. It's the human cycle, just goes round and round. Been the same since humans first decided work had value. We're really lucky to live where life is easy and will stay easy for a long time to come. Might as well just sit back and enjoy it.

Oh, I forgot to tell you, Bus Conversion Magazine will have a "Supply Chain Adjustment" of $10/issue starting in January.   That will cover the cost of fuel for me to deliver the magazines each month.
