Sure glad I have glass coverage on the Country Coach even with $500.00 deductible, now is when I miss my Eagle both windshields I could buy for less than the deductible and install myself . Short story I was going to pay for the windshield thinking it would not cost as much as people said, was I wrong I got the quote from RV Glass today what a shock $4300.00 for the glass plus $1800.00 for labor,8 weeks on shipping and drive to Phoenix 250 miles lol this one is on the Insurance Co. sure miss a bus when this stuff comes up

Expect mci, eagle, and gmc windshields start going to ridiculous prices in future. Seems like every company anymore want big profits.
I remember when coach shocks were 40 bucks each.

There is no windshield worth that kind of money IMO.if it wasn't for AZ law, I would not replace it, here like OK you cannot have a rock chip repaired on the driver's side if it is in your eyesight to the highway   it sucks

Just had the Denali windshield replaced from stone hit when in Yukon on the way to AK. Had $100 deductible on glass coverage. Dad had zero deductible on his 04.
Some of those highend s&s rigs have huge windshields. Gotta cost a fortune to replace one. Wonder what happens 10 years or so down the road when a windshield is no longer available.
Cliff, do you use the clear ceramic tint on the inside of windshield? Some of it really reduces the heat coming through.

I bought both windshields off a parted out DL and changed the driver's side out myself using the passenger's side glass as it was a little cleaner. Bit of a job but no real cost. Put the other one up as a spare. I have maybe a couple hundred in the glass? If that. Recycled glass is just fine by me.

I saw it on the Internet. It MUST be true...

I haven't use it yet the glass is tinted though, what I don't need is the rain sensor in the glass it doesn't rain in AZ and I can turn the wipers myself, I notice the windshield is still used on other new Rv's lol in 10 years it won't make a difference to me

The way they (s&s)depreciate, in 20 years they'll be worth less than windshields.lol

Safelite did mine through partnered Nationwide. Did it in my driveway. They had to recalibrate it due to front camera, radar or whatever.

Buses are not worth much either, my, doctor buys a new Marathon every 5 years because he wants the $3000.00 a day depreciation, he tells me they are better than boats for taxes, Safelite does mine lol I need one now and if I don't get in hurry they send deals reducing the price I am up to $50,00 discount now going for $75.00

I have no deductible on the car and could have it on the Country Coach for a price, but went with the deductible for the cheap roadside assist and towing @ $33.00 a year, I just finished redoing my State Farm to cut the price down a few 100 bucks
